This information is required to complete your order for a 4" x 5", 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" Large Format Intenscreen, Extra Fresnel, or Anti-Reflective Glass Cover.

Fill in your Name, Invoice Number (found on the Invoice that was supplied when you completed the checkout section of your order), the Make and Model of your camera, the size of your existing screen in millimetres and if you require cut corners, the length in millimetres of the cut (See picture below for explanation). With this information your Large Format Intenscreen can be made to fit your specific camera.
